Seriously quickest and best service! So happy
After the Fairport location closed, we haven't indulged in Papa Johns in a very long time. We decided to try the online ordering. My husband and our two children drove 20 minutes to East Rochester after placing our order, as per the estimated time in our confirmation email. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very flustered woman behind the counter. She told us that she received a really big order right before us so she was going to need "10 more minutes". We waited another 30 minutes, by which time both of our children were screaming, hungry, and sick of waiting around. We asked one more time how much longer she was going to be and explained that we really needed to leave, she told us "our order was coming out right now, and we could choose a soda to take home for free for the inconvenience." In the entire time we were waiting, not one pizza was cooked or served. It looked like the staff was too busy stocking sauce and cheese to bother keeping up with their orders. The woman was complaining to her coworker - whom was of NO help whatsoever, that "it figures on her last she would get her ass handed to her". After several more minutes of waiting, I finally told the woman that "we need to leave and cannot wait another minute longer... thanks anyway." She did not attempt to stop us, nor did she make any offer to rectify the situation.
Not so good. While waiting 40' for my 15' promised pizza I saw food handled without required gloves after coming out of the oven... beware!

Pizza very good but took 35 mins. Longer than normal 45 mins to get it
We left the restaurant feeling SO disappointed with the service, professionalism, and ultimately the lack of preparation, on a football sunday, may I add, that we will never return again.
